Turnkey Fabrication Projects

 

We undertake end-to-end fabrication and execution projects based on client-issued engineering designs and approved fabrication drawings. Our responsibility commences post receipt of Fabricationa dn GA drawings; and  covers manufacturing, site execution, and commissioning support, delivered as a single integrated package.


Scope of Work Includes:

  • Fabrication as per Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings
  • Surface preparation and protective coating systems
  • Associated civil and foundation works
  • Erection, alignment, and bolting at site
  • Quality inspections and compliance verification
  • Dry runs, trial operations, and commissioning support
  • Final documentation and structured handover
     

Typical projects involve 100 MT to 1500 MT of fabricated steel, executed across up to 2.5 acres of covered area, and are delivered for:

  • Industrial warehouses and logistics facilities
  • Manufacturing plants and factory buildings
  • Forging units and heavy industrial workshops
  • Process and utility sheds
     

With a strong focus on schedule adherence, interface management, and quality control, we act as a reliable fabrication-execution partner for EPCs and SMEs, delivering structures that are site-ready, compliant, and operationally reliable.
