At Prestige Equipments we are committed to delivering precision-engineered steel fabrication solutions that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, statutory requirements, and international quality standards.

We maintain strong adherence to ISO 9001 and relevant client-specific quality systems, integrating them into every level of our operations through a structured and proactive Quality Management System (QMS).

To uphold these standards, we commit to the following:

1. Understanding Client Requirements Thoroughly
Before commencing any project, we engage deeply with the client’s Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), technical specifications, and quality benchmarks to ensure full alignment from the outset.
 

2. Implementing Stringent Internal and External Quality Controls
Quality assurance is built into defined checkpoints throughout our production lifecycle:
 

• Internally, we conduct quality checks at the following stages:
  • Raw Material Incoming Inspection: Visual, dimensional, and certification-based checks upon receipt.
  • In-Process Fabrication Inspection: Continuous monitoring during cutting, welding, and assembly.
  • Pre-Surface Preparation Inspection: Comprehensive checks after fabrication and before any coating.
  • During Surface Preparation: Monitoring of shot blasting quality, surface profile, and cleanliness (e.g., SA2.5 standards).
  • During Painting: Verification of surface condition, ambient parameters, wet film thickness (WFT), and application compliance.
  • Post-Painting Inspection: Dry film thickness (DFT), coverage, aesthetics, and conformance checks.
  • Final Quality Clearance: Full sign-off before dispatch, ensuring zero defects reach the client.
     
• Externally, we coordinate and support inspections as per client-defined ITPs at critical stages such as:
  • Raw Material Inspection
  • Post-Fabrication / Black Inspection
  • Final Inspection after Painting
  • All inspections are supported with documented records, NCR protocols, test reports, and traceable quality logs.

3. Promoting Quality Ownership Across the Workforce
Every team member and contractor is trained and empowered to uphold our quality values, identify risks, and take preventive action at source.

4. Pursuing Continuous Improvement
We regularly review performance data, customer feedback, audit findings, and process outcomes to drive enhancements in our quality systems.
