 We source high-quality raw materials from trusted suppliers via strict vendor evaluation, ensuring they meet engineering and standards. Each material is inspected based on mechanical properties, durability, and cost-effectiveness to align with the project’s  requirements. 

Precision cutting is executed based on the design requirements using advanced tools such as laser, plasma, or waterjet cutters to achieve clean edges and accurate dimensions with minimal material wastage. 

Cut components are assembled and aligned to ensure a proper fit and structural integrity. Temporary fixtures and jigs are used at this stage to maintain dimensional accuracy before permanent joining. 

 We employ skilled welders and appropriate welding techniques—MIG, TIG, or Arc—based on the material and load specifications. All welds are performed to meet structural and aesthetic standards, ensuring strength and durability. 

Critical surfaces and joints undergo machining to achieve required tolerances and precision finishes. This step ensures proper functionality and fit of all mating parts. 

Surfaces are cleaned, degreased, and treated through shotblasting to ensure optimal adhesion of paint or coatings, and to extend the life of the product in demanding environments. 

A protective and decorative finish is applied using multiple layers of airless spray painting as per client specifications. Our controlled environments and quality materials ensure consistent finish and long-term performance. 

Each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection, including dimensional checks, weld integrity tests, surface finish evaluation, and functional assessments to ensure it meets all technical and visual standards.
 

Finished goods are carefully packed and labeled for delivery. We coordinate logistics to ensure timely, secure dispatch to the client’s location, with full documentation and support.
