 Mr. Rajeev Chopra, Managing Director, has been the driving force behind the company’s exceptional growth since its early days. With over 42 years of experience in the fabrication industry, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction and operational excellence. Under his visionary leadership, the company has expanded from a 3,000 sq. ft. workshop to a 200,000 sq. ft. modern facility, backed by cutting-edge technology and skilled talent. His unwavering focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has established the company as a leading name in structural steel fabrication. 

Mr. Laksha Chopra brings fresh energy and strategic vision to Prestige Equipments Pvt. Ltd., leading the company’s growth, operations, and modernization efforts. He is focused on strengthening execution across production, quality, and planning, while upgrading legacy systems to global standards. Before joining the family business in India, he served as a Tech Strategy Manager at Accenture London, advising Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation and data strategy. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and specialisation in Aerospace from the University of Southampton.

 Mrs. Mitali Chopra provides strategic advisory support and an outside-in perspective to leadership. Her role includes governance input and oversight of select financial and cost accounting matters, contributing to disciplined decision-making and long-term sustainability. She holds a Psychology (Honours) degree with a specialization in Industrial Psychology from LSR, DU and an MBA, combining people insight with structured business thinking. She also specilises as an International Business Etiquette and Cross-Cultural Consultant, outside of her Directorial duties

 Mrs. Sancy Chopra spearheads the procurement and supply chain strategy at Prestige Equipments Pvt. Ltd., ensuring seamless sourcing, vendor partnerships, and cost efficiency across operations. With a sharp focus on quality, and reliability, she drives initiatives that strengthen the company’s supplier network. Before joining Prestige Equipments, Sancy gained extensive experience in market research and strategic insights at Kantar London, where she worked with leading global brands. She holds an MBA in marketing from SIBM Pune and engineering degree from SRM University.
