Our facilities are equipped to handle thick-plate fabrication, precision welding, and stringent code compliance, enabling us to meet the demanding quality and safety standards of global gas majors such as Linde.

Our capabilities include:

• Fabrication as per ASME / IS codes for high-pressure gas storage
• Thin to Thick-wall (5mm to 20mm) shell rolling, precision forming, and welding through SMAW, GTAW,GMAW, SAW applications
• Full penetration welds, WPS/PQR qualification, and certified welders
• NDT: UT, RT, MT, PT up to required pressure ratings
• Shot blasting, painting, and corrosion-resistant coating systems
• Dimensional checks, documentation, and third-party inspection as per client specifications
• Experience with cryogenic and high-pressure gas applications
